Refund Policy
1. Seller
Payments for Atmark paid plans are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles invoices, tax, payment methods and refund payouts, and may appear on your card statement.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel a subscription at any time from billing in the console. After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
3. Refunds
If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. A renewal payment is refunded if you ask within 14 days of the renewal date and have not used the paid plan in that period. Where the law gives you broader rights, the law applies.
4. How to ask
Use the link in the receipt email from Paddle or the order lookup at paddle.net, or write to the contact below with your organization name and payment date. Paddle pays refunds to the original payment method.
5. When we do not refund
We do not refund the remaining period of an account suspended for breaching the Terms, or payments outside the windows above.
