Hard limits no plan can exceed: 1,000 recipients per organization per day, 50 recipients per message.
An organization’s daily recipient limit rises in steps over roughly its first two weeks of sending until it reaches the value above.
Billing and changes
- Changing plans
- In the console, go to Settings › Plan. Log in to the console
- Beta
- Organizations receive it during the beta by invitation or after passing operator review. It cannot be bought.
- Payment, tax and refunds
- Paddle processes payments, tax and refunds as our Merchant of Record. Prices are in US dollars (USD), and tax may be added depending on where you are. Refund policy
- Outside sending
- On every plan, sending mail to outside recipients opens only after operator review.
